Why was it illegal and hows it legal now?
When it was first created Australia banned it because of a weapon called the rectifier which was used to shove up a persons behind and shot them into the sky and also for a scene with a large amount of drug use where ur character is also high as u do the mission. It was legalised because the rectifier was changed so its just used like a baseball bat to whack people and the drug scene was removed in the Australian version.
